The company has been establised in 1997, and started the activities in 1999. At the beginning it works on the Quality management advising based on the Norm ISO 9001. Later we are turning toward the automotive management systems used the QS 9000 and VDA 6.1 and the ISO/TS 16949 Standards, Currently we use the automotive rules of the IATF 16949.

Main activities:

- Build up and maintain of Quality management systems based on the IATS 16949 Reference book

- Process audits based on the VDA 6.3 book

- Quality improvement project (scrap reduction, yield improvement)

- Process development using DoE

- Implementing and maintain statistical process control into the processes

- 7 wastes - Process development using the Lean production elements

- Product/Process/Machine failure management, risk analysis (FMEA) - related control plan (CP)

- Measureent system analysis (MSA)

- NPI process (APQP/RGA)
